He is Partner in the Financial Regulations Department.
His activity focuses mainly on financial markets law, asset management and investment funds, advising on regulatory issues concerning banks, financial intermediaries, investment services and collective asset management services, in terms of the rules and regulations applicable to the relevant subjects, typical activities, products and customer relations.
He specialises in the asset management and alternative investment funds sector, a sector in which he regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in structuring real estate and private equity transactions through collective investment undertakings (such as funds or Sicaf). He also provides regular assistance with the establishment and authorisation of intermediaries qualified for collective asset management and the management of the relevant organisational, procedural and governance issues, as well as with sanctioning procedures against asset management companies and their corporate representatives.

He graduated in Law at Università LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
