He advises domestic and foreign private equity firms such as Chequers, LBO France, Arcadia, DeA Capital Alternative Funds, Investcorp; infrastructure funds such as Infracapital and 3i; as well as industrial clients such as AB InBev, Lottomatica, and Gruppo Feltrinelli.
