Position
Equity Partner. Filippo Cesaris specialises in M&A, Private Equity, Debt Restructuring and Insolvency. Over the years he has gained significant experience in a wide range of highly sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals in these areas. He assists, on regular basis, major multinational companies and financial institutions, is author of a number of publications mainly on corporate and insolvency matters, and has chaired one of the largest Italian group in tourism and leisure employing more than 1.200 people.
Career
Founding partner of Studio Legale Cesaris (1990-1994), partner with Brosio, Casati e Associati (1995-1997), he became partner to NCTM as a consequence of the merger between Studio Legale Cesaris and Nctm Studio Legale (1st July 2000).
