Roschier’s leading M&A practice focuses on large and mid cap cross-border transactions involving major domestic and international companies. Malin Leffler – experienced in handling significant matters for household names in the media and retail sectors, to name a few – heads the private M&A team, within which private equity specialist Jens Bengtsson and Björn Winström play key roles.
