Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?

In the coming year, I anticipate a surge in demand for legal services in technology, competition, data protection, employment, and Intellectual Property Law. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a shift in work patterns, requiring legal guidance on issues such as workplace safety and remote work policies.

The increasing value of intellectual property assets and the rapid pace of technological advancements are creating new legal challenges in areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property. As a result, there is a growing need for legal expertise in these areas. While traditional legal areas remain relevant, the legal profession must adapt and evolve to meet new challenges posed by the ever-changing world.

What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?

At Isen Kahveci Attorneys at Law, we prioritized providing personalized legal solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs. We’ve invested in the latest legal technology to streamline our work processes and provide faster, more accurate legal services. Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?

As a modern law firm, my team and I understand the importance of technology in enhancing client interactions and delivering high-quality services. Despite being located in one of the busiest neighborhoods in Istanbul, we have adapted to the changing business environment by leveraging video conferencing tools to communicate with clients quickly and efficiently.

We recognize the significance of technology in today’s world and continually seek to integrate new apps and websites into our daily operations to streamline our work processes and improve service delivery to our clients. By staying at the forefront of legal technology, we are able to offer our clients fast, efficient, and effective legal solutions, regardless of their location.

Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?

At Isen Kahveci Attorneys at Law, we are currently representing a client facing a lawsuit from former employees of a different company owned by our client in another country. We have successfully established that the two companies are separate legal entities operating under different laws and jurisdictions, proving that our client is not responsible for the workers’ claims. Although there are multiple case numbers involved in this serial litigation, we are confident that we will achieve the best outcome from all of them.

Our ability to establish clear legal boundaries between the two companies provides our client with peace of mind and the confidence to expand their operations across various jurisdictions.
