NDRC Signed The Antitrust Memorandum Of Understanding With JFTC

On October 13, Mr. Hu Zucai, Vice Minister of NDRC, met with Mr. Kazuyuki Sugimoto, Director General of Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC).They introduced the respective progress concerning antitrust law enforcement and reviewed the past competition policy and cooperation relationships. Both parties consented to build and further deepen their antitrust cooperation. The NDRC and JFTC signed "An Antitrust Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding between the NDRC and the JFTC "after their meeting. Pursuant to the MOU's frame arrangement, the NDRC and the JFTC will hold at least one conference each year and communicated with each other regarding their concerned antitrust issues in the conference.
