Position

Leszek Szczesniak was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2018. Prior to this he practiced as a solicitor and was the head of advocacy at a regional firm. He undertakes work in the following areas: 

Civil & Costs
Leszek acts for both Claimants and Defendants in all aspects of personal injury litigation. He has an interest in developing a practice in professional negligence and has experience at inquests. 

Family
Leszek represents local authorities, parents and guardians in care proceedings. He advises on private law injunctions as well as disputes relating to child contact. 

When not in court, Leszek has a busy paperwork practice. He has extensive experience of drafting statements of case, advising on liability, quantum and procedure. He endeavours to return all paperwork within 7 days of receipt.
