Career

Peter is a criminal defence specialist focusing on serious crime such as terrorism, murder, manslaughter, fraud and serious sexual crimes.

Regularly instructed as leading junior, Peter’s assets include the ability to see a case from the defendant’s point of view, aiming to understand their situation and goals – often taking into account the ‘big picture’ including the needs of the family and friends.

He is able to break issues down to basics for clients and to articulate points of law effectively in court.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Peter worked in commerce selling a business specialising in importing and exporting air freight.
