Position
Josephine is a family law specialist with extensive experience in both public and private law applications relating to children.
Josephine is regularly instructed to represent local authorities, parents and children through their Guardians. She has considerable experience in conducting multi-day final hearings, finding of fact hearings, and application hearings in cases involving neglect, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, substance and alcohol misuse and non-accidental injuries.
Josephine has also represented parents, grandparents and children in applications for Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. She has extensive experience in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, alcohol and drug abuse and child abuse as well as cases involving leave to remove from the jurisdiction and non-molestation applications.
