Giles's practice covers the full range of advisory work on direct (including NIC) and indirect tax issues. Particular areas of expertise cover corporate reorganisations, tonnage tax, employment remuneration structures, IHT and CGT planning for family-owned businesses, high net worth individuals, onshore and offshore trusts, anti-avoidance cases, tax structuring of divorce settlements, professional negligence in tax matters, and rectification and rescission claims.
