Justine has become well known for her expertise in trafficking cases. Justine is regularly instructed in Judicial Reviews of decisions determining whether the Claimant is a victim of trafficking. She is praised for her representation of vulnerable clients. Over the past four years Justine has developed a significant practice in unlawful detention. Justine has also been involved in a number of age assessment challenges and the Upper Tribunal guidance on litigation friends for unaccompanied minors
She taught Public and Administrative Law full time at London Metropolitan University between 2000-2017 (module leader for Civil Liberties and Human Rights Law, Public Law and a senior lecturer).
