Position

Highly specialist practice in public law work involving deaths, catastrophic head injuries, non-accidental injuries, including rickets cases, and fabricated and induced illness (‘FII’). 70% High Court work acting for all parties. Leading Junior in High Court and Court of Appeal on such cases. Complex sexual abuse and inter-sibling abuse. Adoption and Special Guardianship. Local authority duties towards children including Judicial Review. Media injunctions including where there are concurrent criminal proceedings. All private law disputes including relocation cases and parental alienation, particularly complex and acrimonious maters those involving allegations of sexual abuse or domestic violence where fact finding is required and/or experts need to be cross examined.
