Position

Louise is an experienced practitioner in personal injury and related areas including road traffic accidents where fraud is alleged and credit hire. 

As a result of mobility restrictions caused by multiple sclerosis Louise’s practice is predominantly Chambers based. This has enabled her to develop a niche practice which includes telephone hearings and conferences in person, by skype or telephone.

Her excellent interpersonal skills have resulted in solicitors and insurers regularly instructing her appreciating that her experience is both useful to them and to the Court when dealing with claims of varying value.  She is known for her ability to achieve results, her thoroughness and attention to detail.  She turns papers round quickly and works to a tight deadline.
