Career

Tori was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016. She has a busy common law practice with a particular focus on Chancery, Property, Family and Public law work.

Tori regularly acts in matters in which there is an overlap between practice areas, particularly spousal cases within contentious probate proceedings, and cases in which there is an overlap between TLATA and financial remedies, including acting for intermediaries.

Tori has been instructed in a number of contentious probate and property cases, from advisory work and mediations through to trial. Tori has had a number of articles published in the New Law Journal, Family Law Journal and Counsel Magazine.
