James Turner is regularly instructed in public law cases involving issues of neglect, substance misuse, emotional abuse and more complex cases involving allegations of non-accidental injury and sexual abuse. In private law proceedings, James has in-depth experience of dealing with all section 8 Children Act 1989 applications. He is instructed in protracted and sensitive cases and has particular expertise in shared residence, special guardianship, intractable contact disputes and leave to remove from the jurisdiction. James also has extensive experience of representing parties in Family Law Act matters.
