Thom has a broad practice that includes commercial, finance and insurance, group actions, product liability, data protection, health and safety, and intellectual property.
Career
Thom was called to the bar in 2019 and joined Henderson Chambers in March 2021. Prior to that he worked on the trding desks of multinational banks in Tokyo and New York.
Thom is already a strong trial advocate, having appeared successfully in his own right in the High Court, County Courts, the Criminal Courts, and the Coroner’s Court. He also has wide litigation experience in the High Court and the Court of Appeal, including heavy group action litigation.

Education
Thom graduated from the Univeristy of Oxford in 2012. He subsequently earned an MA in Economics from the Univeristy of Tokyo.
He was awarded a distinction on the GDL at City University in 2018, and completed his BPTC the following year.
