Called 1979; Head of Gough Square Chambers 2004 to December 2018. First-Tier Tribunal judge, mental health 1995 to date. Publications: contributor Atkin’s Court Forms; Consumer Protection; author of ‘Enforcement of Consumer Rights and Protecitons (LexisNexis, 2015); commentator, Current Law Statutes (various regulatory statutes); general editor ‘Butterworths Law of Food and Drugs’. Member Independent Regulatory Panel of ARMA and panel member of many CEDR consumer dispute resolution panels.
