Sophie appears in the Crown, Magistrates and Youth Courts, primarily on behalf of the defence. She has experience in a wide range of criminal matters including dishonesty offences, drugs offences, sexual offences and violence – particularly in a domestic context.

Sophie has also acted for requested persons in extradition proceedings and has been instructed in licensing appeals.

Sophie was appointed to the CPS panel of advocates in 2014.
