International Arbitrator; Justice of the DIFC Court, Dubai. Justice of Appeal in the Cayman Islands’ Court of Appeal. Previously a Justice of the High Court of England and Wales, sitting in the Commercial Court of which I was the Judge in Charge in 2014.

Career

Professional – Called to the Bar in 1977. Silk in 1987. Practised in Commercial Law.
Academic – taught commercial law subjects in the universities of British Columbia, Hong Kong and McGill, Montreal.
