Paul has a first class degree in physics from the University of Nottingham providing a background relevant to many technological sectors.
As a dual-qualified patent and trade mark attorney, Paul finds innovative ways of helping clients, protecting their intellectual property (IP) or solving problems clients have with third party IP. He advises on patent and trade mark filing and prosecution strategy internationally, with extensive experience of hearings before the European Patent Office (EPO).
Paul’s experience in providing services to client’s in-house and in a full spectrum legal services firm means that he is able to see client’s needs from a commercial perspective and find appropriate solutions.
