Will advises on patents and designs in most areas of physics and engineering.

In addition to patent searching, drafting and prosecution worldwide, Will handles opposition and appeal hearings at the European Patent Office and at the UKIPO. He also advises on infringement and validity issues, and has experience of conducting freedom to operate searches.

Will’s registered design work includes advising clients in the medical devices and consumer goods sectors.                                      

Career

Will joined Reddie & Grose in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.

Will advises clients on patents and design matters. He is proficient in most areas of physics and engineering and represents clients in a range of technologies, including medical devices, electronic cigarettes, x-ray inspection technology, MEMS device technology, smart card technology, wireless network technology, mass spectrometry and aerospace technology.

Will’s clients range from individuals through to multi-national companies, based in Cambridge, elsewhere in the UK and overseas.
