Chiara is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Acuity Law.

She has broad-based expertise across a full range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and investments.

Chiara is experienced in advising clients across the gamut of industry sectors, both nationally and internationally, and has been active in many of the team’s most high-profile matters. She has a particular focus on the healthcare sector, and has assisted leading healthcare clients on UK acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholder matters, and refinances.

Chiara was nominated as Emerging Dealmaker of the Year in the 2022 Wales Insider Dealmaker Awards.
