Damian joined Digby Brown firm as partner in the network department in January 2014. Damian was previously a partner with Allan MacDougall and Co and HBJ Claims Solutions Solicitors. He has a wealth of personal injury experience, from occupiers’ liability cases through to complex fatal cases. In recent years Damian has litigated heavily in the Court of Session, delivering substantial awards for his clients. He is regularly invited by a number of professional organisations to provide professional training to fellow solicitors in Scotland on issues relating to personal injury law.
