  • Advising Puma Energy Distribution Ghana Limited on a transaction involving the 11 year letting by the client of eight petroleum retail stations.

  • Advised Belfius Bank in respect of a €30m loan to the Government of Ghana for the engineering, procurement and construction of drinking-water facilities in Wenchi, Ghana.
  • Advising Belfius Bank in respect of a €13.5m loan to the Government of Ghana for the acquisition and delivery of intercity buses for public transport.
