Position

Michael Klejs Pedersen specialises in employment and labour law.

Michael has a right of audience before the Danish High Courts and has been an acting high court judge of the Danish Western High Court. Michael has conducted a considerable number of legal proceedings before the courts, industrial dispute resolution bodies and private arbitral tribunals.

Michael advises owners, boards of directors, executive officers and senior staff members in Danish and international enterprises. Michael’s advice extends to executive service agreements, employment contracts for salaried employees, commission and incentive schemes, etc. 

In addition, he advises on severance agreements, non-competition clauses, employees’ legal rights in the event of transfer of undertakings and collective agreements. Furthermore, he provides advice on issues relating to whistleblowing schemes, including setting up whistleblowing schemes. Michael also regularly provides assistance in conducting legal investigations. Moreover, Michael advises on issues relating to the law of associations.

Michael regularly writes articles on issues relating to employment and labour law.
