Career

Christine A. Renner focuses her practice on financial services and transactional matters and advises managers and investors on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment, the restructuring and the operation of UCITS and AIFs investing in various type of assets including debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructural assets. She is also assisting investors on their investment in Luxembourg investment funds including due-diligences and negotiation of the investment terms.

Ms Renner is also advising management companies, AIFMs (including EuVECA managers) and investment firms (MiFID) on their legal and regulatory aspects ranging from their formation to their on-going compliance with regulatory changes. She is also assisting on due-diligences relating to the acquisitions of managers and financial service providers.
