He has particular experience in all types of litigation in Jordan, especially in the area of income tax litigation. He is the Head of the Litigation practice in Dentons’ Jordan associate firm, Safwan Moubaydeen Law Firm.
Dia regularly deals with the formation and restructuring of companies. He conducts extensive due diligence, advises national and multinational corporations on all aspects of foreign investment, and reviews and drafts contracts.
