She has advised private equity firms, insolvency practitioners, company directors, stakeholders, liquidators and other fiduciaries on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has acted for both financial institutions and unsecured creditors of companies in financial distress and insolvency practitioners in a variety of formal insolvency processes, including compulsory and voluntary liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcy and examinerships.
