David is a partner in the TMT practice in Dentons' Dublin office.

He advises on complex technology transactions, Irish and EU technology regulation, strategic contracts and sourcing, and the development, protection and exploitation of intellectual property and data.

His expertise includes advising on:

technology transactions – including application and systems development; application licensing, supply and integration projects; cloud computing; and the procurement and deployment of AI; technology regulation – including EU and Irish regulatory regimes relating to AI, digital services, advertising, gaming, consumer protection, and outsourcing and operational resilience in the financial services sector; strategic contracts and sourcing – including IT and business process outsourcing projects and on/offshoring transactions; distribution, supply of goods and services and collaboration agreements; intellectual property – including all aspects of the development, protection and exploitation of IP rights, both in standalone deals and as part of M&A, large-scale licensing transactions and global IP reorganizations.
