Matthew is a leading securitization and structured finance practitioner and a partner in the Dentons' Banking and Finance group.

Matthew advises originators, financial institutions, hedge funds and other market participants, within Ireland, the UK and internationally, on a broad range of transactions. His practice covers many asset classes including consumer receivables, auto loans, residential mortgages and commercial mortgages. Matthew has extensive experience in repackaging and also advises on synthetic structures.

Matthew is admitted to practice in Ireland and in England and Wales.

He has worked for leading firms in London, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi and Dublin and has advised on innovative award-winning transactions across the globe, including in Japan, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus and the UK.
