Siobhan is a partner in our Banking and Finance practice and has extensive experience advising Irish and international clients on a broad range of complex finance transactions.

She is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, and England and Wales. Siobhan trained, and worked for a number of years, with Linklaters LLP in London and, prior to joining Dentons, she was a partner in a top tier Irish law firm.

Siobhan has broad finance experience with a particular focus on all aspects of real estate investment and development finance. She also has substantial experience advising on project finance and infrastructure finance transactions, fund financings, general corporate lending, debt restructurings, and loan portfolio acquisitions and financings. Siobhan's clients span financial institutions, alternative lenders, sponsors, corporate borrowers, institutional investors and semi-state entities, and she has worked on numerous high-profile financings in the Irish market.
