Partner

David is a partner in Dentons’ Dublin office. He is a member of the Corporate practice and has significant experience in a wide range of transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, venture capital, joint ventures, equity issuances and private equity, and on general corporate advisory matters.

He acts for a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial sponsors and investment funds.

Prior to joining Dentons, David worked for another large Dublin corporate law firm and in the Dubai office of a large international law firm. He has been based in Dublin since 2022.
