Gareth advises Ireland's leading restructuring and insolvency practitioners as examiners, receivers and liquidators in complex mandates across all sectors, often with a cross-border element.

He acts for companies, officers, creditors and other stakeholders in contentious and non-contentious distressed situations.

Gareth is a seasoned commercial litigator with vast experience of high-value shareholder, real estate, financial services and contractual disputes.
