Niamh is a tax partner in Dentons’ Dublin office.

She has significant experience advising on the Irish tax aspects of international corporate and structured finance projects across the key industry sectors ranging from financial services to technology. Niamh’s experience includes inward investment projects, group reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, securitizations and financing and investment structures for clients. Niamh has represented clients in tax litigation on a range of topics and has in-depth experience in advising on tax authority powers and data sharing obligations under EU and international agreements.

Niamh is known for being technically strong, as well as commercially and client focused. She is a member of the Irish Tax Institute and the Irish Debt Securities Association, as well as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser. Prior to joining Dentons, Niamh was a partner in a leading Irish law firm where she focused on international tax.
