Carlo is a TMT partner, based in our Dublin office. He advises leading multinational and domestic clients on complex technology transactions, EU digital regulation compliance, privacy and emerging issues in artificial intelligence regulation, and digital risk. His expertise extends to the GDPR, DORA, NIS 2, Digital Services Act, AI Act, EIDAS Regulation, EU consumer legislation and others. Carlo has extensive experience working with global technology companies, financial institutions and high-growth startups on strategic technology projects. He regularly assists clients on regulatory investigations, data breaches, and the development and sourcing of innovative products or capabilities.

Prior to joining Dentons, Carlo was a partner at a major domestic Irish law firm. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland’s Intellectual Property and Data Protection Committee, and regularly speaks at Irish and international events with a focus on European digital regulation.
