Stacy Shields is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate group. Based in our Vancouver office, she works with public and private companies and clients across an array of sectors, varying from large corporations to entrepreneurial start-up companies.

Stacy advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporation reorganizations and restructuring, and corporate governance.
