Clark is a Partner and is the National Practice Group Leader for Dentons’ Real Estate group.
Clark represents a diverse group of clients on complex commercial real estate transactions across Canada, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, leasing and asset management. He also advises investors, developers and lenders on real estate issues relating to infrastructure projects, including wind and solar projects.
Based in Calgary, Clark has been a trusted advisor to major Canadian pension and investment funds, international investors, prominent retailers, developers, non-profits and several of Canada’s leading energy companies. His clients value him for his responsiveness, communication skills and his ability to help them calmly navigate negotiations and manage their risk in practical ways while furthering commercial objectives.
In his role as national leader of the Real Estate group, Clark helps manage the firm’s talent, collaborates with clients to develop innovative proposals and pricing for comprehensive legal solutions and connects clients to real estate specialists across Canada and Dentons’ global offices.
