Katherine practises corporate and commercial law and focuses on mergers and acquisitions of private companies and commercial real estate. She represents domestic and multinational corporations and pension funds on asset and share purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, real estate transactions and financings. She also enjoys acting as virtual in-house counsel to certain clients, becoming involved in and managing all of their legal matters and advising management on a wide range of issues. With over 25 years of experience, Katherine has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, financial services and professional and B2B services.
Katherine also advises non-Canadian businesses on establishing operations and carrying on business in Canada.
