Alexandre Boileau is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office. His practice focuses mainly on matters involving professional liability in both the medical and the financial services sector.

Alexandre represents clients such as the Fonds d’assurance-responsabilité professionnelle de l’Ordre des dentistes du Québec (F.A.R.P.O.D.Q.) as well as businesses in the pharmaceutical sector, an alliance of health care professionals and large firms of professionals with respect to regulatory matters. In the financial services sector, he represents full service brokerage firms, insurance companies, investment advisors and financial security advisors in civil and disciplinary cases. Alexandre also practices in the areas of commercial litigation and construction law.
