Aurore is an associate in Dentons’ Brussels office and is a member of the French-speaking Brussels bar. She mainly assists the Brussels team in matters related to EU Litigation, Sanctions and International Trade.

Aurore was previously a member of Dentons’ Belgian corporate law team and gained experience in a variety of legal issues focusing on cross border mergers & acquisitions transactions. She also has a background in matters of Belgian commercial and contractual law, social and labor law, regulatory matters and litigation.

Aurore has later gained strong professional experience as in-house lawyer, more precisely as a legal, financial and human resources manager of a Belgian company.

Aurore graduated from the Maastricht University and Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) where she gained extensive knowledge on corporate, economic and social law which is essential in navigating the legal issues in Belgium, in the EU and furthermore on the international scene.
