Juan Alonso is Managing Counsel in Dentons’ Employment practice in Spain.

Before joining Dentons, he worked at Gómez Acebo & Pombo, Baker & McKenzie and Ashurst LLP.

Juan has more than 20 years of experience advising Spanish and foreign companies on labor and social security law, focusing on the following issues: hiring employees and senior managers; individual and collective modification, suspension and termination of the employment relationship; compensation policies, incentives and pensions; drafting of due diligence reports and carrying out complex restructurings and national and international transactions from the point of view of labor law.

He also has extensive experience in representing companies and individuals in judicial and extrajudicial matters and in collective bargaining procedures.
