Si-Won Lee assists clients in the area of human resources and labor and employment law. His clients include large domestic and mid-sized companies, public institutions, public corporations and foreign companies. For these clients, he provided regular advice and consulting on various HR-related issues such as accidents, worker nature, dismissal, disciplinary action, working hours, workplace harassment and sexual harassment, prohibition of job change, wage peak system and changes to disadvantages in employment rules. Mr. Lee has also resolved many cases involving labor and employment disputes at the courts, the Labor Office, the Labor Relations Commission, the National Human Rights Commission and the prosecution in civil, criminal and administrative litigations.
