Career
Daniel joined Axiom DWFM (as now named) in 2017 as a partner and Head of Dispute Resolution.
Daniel trained at West End firm Ross & Craig and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He subsequently joined boutique law firm, CFFT Solicitors, in 2011. In 2014, Daniel joined Howard Kennedy Solicitors following a merger with CKFT.
Daniel gained his Higher Rights of Audience accreditation in 2010. Daniel also holds rights of audience at the Astana International Financial Centre’s Court (AIFC Court) in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
Daniel has extensive litigation experience and regularly litigates in high value and complex claims. He represents a broad range of UK and overseas clients and throughout his career has worked on many reported cases. Daniel undertakes a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder & corporate and partnership disputes, property and insolvency litigation.
Daniel also has extensive experience and expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
Daniel was selected as a Rising Star for 2014 and again, for 2015, by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, recognising solicitors who exhibit excellence in the practice of law.
Daniel is a UK Legal 500 2020 and 2021 edition Recommended Lawyer within ‘Commercial Litigation’. In the 2021 edition Daniel was recommended as ‘having a fantastic grasp of the law’.
