Position

Partner in the residential real estate team specialising in all aspects of residential landlord and tenant acting for HNW individuals, charities, great landed estates and companies. Particular focus on leasehold law including complex/ high value leasehold enfranchisement claims, security of tenure, acquisitions and disposals under the Landlord and Tenant 1987, right to manage and conducting proceedings in the First-tier Tribunal.  A recognised industry speaker in these specialist areas.
