Particular focus on leasehold law including complex/ high value leasehold enfranchisement claims, security of tenure, acquisitions and disposals under the Landlord and Tenant 1987, right to manage and conducting proceedings in the First-tier Tribunal.  A recognised industry speaker in these specialist areas.
