Ed deals with a variety of real estate work but specialises in real estate finance, from secured lending transactions to development finance and refinancing of existing facilities, acting for banks and individuals alike. Otherwise, Ed acts for a number of investors in connection with their property portfolios and has also gained considerable experience in landlord and tenant matters.
