Collyer Bristow LLP fields a ‘fabulous team of dynamic, bright and engaged individuals’, and the ‘strengths in the team run from partner level all the way down to associate level’. Under the leadership of Toby Yerburgh, it acts primarily for high-net-worth clients, frequently advising on substantial matrimonial finance matters. Many of its cases have an international dimension. Michael Drake and Philippa Dolan are among the other key figures in the practice, and consultant Mark Harrop rejoined the team from Family Law Partners in early 2023. Through Tanya Roberts in particular, it also regularly handles international relocation and complicated children disputes.
