Position

Nicola is a Partner & Head of Residential Development. She was promoted to Partner in 2018 and now heads the Residential Development arm of the Commercial Property Team. The residential development team act for developers in sites nationwide but also for developers on bijou schemes. Nicola specialises in site assembly social housing and statutory agreements particularly Section 106 Agreements. She also oversees our growing Plot Sales Team. Key clients include PJ Livesey, De Trafford Estates, One Manchester and Novo.

Nicola also has public sector experience having been the in-house lawyer for a registered charitable provider and a local authority.

Having worked in social housing for over 35 years, Nicola’s expertise is in residential development, all elements of social housing, site set ups, Section 106 Agreements, easements and property finance.

Education

Qualified in 1985.
