Graham is an accredited employment law specialist and represents clients on all aspects of employment law. He is known for straight to the point employment law advice and shrewd strategic decision-making. Graham has 19 years of litigation experience and appears regularly in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal throughout the UK. Graham has particular experience in acting for clients in the local authority, education, manufacturing, transport, sport and arts sectors. He has acted for senior individuals in a number of sensitive and high-value exits. He is asked to speak regularly on employment law issues and has a keen interest in social media. Graham also lectures at the University of Glasgow on employment law. Graham has a particular expertise in advising on TUPE, disability, gender pay reporting, holiday pay, discrimination as well as routine disciplinary issues.
