Mathieu Remy, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specializes in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.

He joined Shearman & Sterling in 1999 and was made Partner in 2006. Mathieu then joined Clifford Chance in 2011 and is the Managing Partner of the Paris office since 1 May 2020.
