I focus on high-end conveyancing in the prime central London market for high net worth and successful clients, investors, developers and banks. In particular, I’m renowned for being able to lead complicated and rapid transactions.

I have also built up a first-class practice acting for developers, investors, listed property funds and property and logistics companies in connection with multi-million-pound site acquisitions for the purpose of residential development. My work for them has involved multi-million pound site acquisitions, disposals, investments and hotel, health and retail sector and residential developments.

As a practitioner, I relish the chance to support my clients to meet their real estate aspirations. I particularly like the challenge of tight timeframes and interesting problems to overcome. As a leader in the business and my role of Senior Partner, I love to work with the teams and individuals in the firm so that they can be the best that they can be.

I started my career as a Trainee at Streathers in 1996 where I  remained for almost 20 years and in that time became an Equity Partner and Head of Real Estate.  I joined Child & Child in 2016 as a Partner in the Residential Real Estate team and am now the firm’s Senior Partner.
